The warm dry weather that we’re currently experiencing will help progress at the prestigious Scocles Court development in Minster, Isle of Sheppey.
With the two photos taken just four weeks apart, the works are evidently progressing well. The roof is now tiled on one unit, trusses, rafters, membrane and batten installed on two further units, four units with External walls to receive First floors and a further three units having first floor external walls installed as and when the first floor posi-joists are complete. The innovative Insulated Concrete Formwork (ICF) approach will result in the development achieving PassivHaus standards, offering end tenants a sustainable building with low running costs.
The first phase of units will be ready in early Summer 2018.
