I need a quantities take off completed next week!

MPL provide contractors with a comprehensive bill of quantities service for all construction projects (providing we have some drawings).

We use state of the art software to measure and produce our bills of quantities. DimensionX is our BIM compliant dimension take off software which will extract perimeters, areas and volumes at the touch of a button which then exports straight into our RIPAC cost estimating software.

We can quickly and efficiently produce bills of quantities but if required we can also split these bills into Subcontract packages as we go so that you can issue the quantities straight to the Subcontractors without having to split them out. In addition RIPAC will almost certainly talk to your own cost management system using a common transfer protocol and we will work with you to assist in the transfer of information.

We don’t just take off the bills, we can also provide you with gap analyses, commercial observations to give you a commercial edge and we can also benchmark your estimating – if you don’t quite get the Subcontractor interest you hoped for.
