Marcus Cato delivers expert services in construction dispute resolution and strategic management, drawing on over 30 years of industry experience. As a certified Arbitrator and Mediator with both the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Kigali International Arbitration Centre, he provides authoritative guidance in complex construction matters, from expert witness testimony to strategic project oversight.
His expertise spans quantum analysis, delay claims, and contract administration across major international projects. Working with judiciaries across the world to master capacity building and the use of ADR in the courts system, Marcus specialises in the use and administration of JCT, GC Works, JBCC, GCC, FIDIC and IChemE. Marcus is an NEC3 and 4 accredited trainer with Thomas Telford Ltd providing expertise as a practitioner of some 30 years. His practical approach combines technical precision with clear communication, helping clients navigate complex construction challenges while maintaining professional relationships.
