I am in a Dispute Help!

I am in dispute help!

A dispute on a construction project is a time consuming and negative experience, causing a breakdown in communication and relationships.  Apart from the personal cost to individuals there is often a very negative impact on the project itself and more often than not leads to a deterioration of relationships.  We are a highly experienced commercial consultancy who can assist you to develop a resolution pathway and get the project back on track, help mend relationships (or if irreconcilable at least make them functional relationships), with minimal cost and time.

We are used to assessing commercial claims between £15,000 – £5,000,000 and our approach to commercial resolution is based upon minimising disruption, time and cost to you and / or your business.  Our first priority would be to assess your commercial position and strength of argument.  Because we are independent and our main aim is to reduce the absolute cost to you – and let you know how strong your arguments may be.  We will provide a detailed Commercial Assessment and Contract Liability Statement setting out your contractual liabilities and potential paths to resolution.

It is always best to see if any dispute can avoid any form of legal / formal dispute resolution by using Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) by using formal meeting and discussion first, then mediation followed by the contractual mechanisms of adjudication and arbitration.

We have a strong commercial team and through the years we have formed close relationships with some highly effective and commercially astute partners.  We have collaborated with Beale and Co construction solicitors for 5 years so you can be re-assured that we can handle all sizes and complexity of situation.  We work in conjunction with Beale & Co to work more efficiently and target the right level of resource at the problems significantly reducing total cost.
