The recent spell of good weather has helped progress on our Scocles Court project. Unit 15 is fast approaching Show Home status, with Units 3 & 4 close behind. Roof battens are near completion on three other units, whilst the Insulated Concrete Formwork (ICF) structures progress ready for Trusses, which are being installed to two units currently. The PassivHaus qualities of the build have resulted in a cool internal work environment whilst things heated up outside!
