After 3 years of supporting the Client through feasibility and design, McCombs are pleased to announce the execution of the $6m Superstructure and Superstructure contract at Nobelia Tower, Kigali with the Principal Contractor TIEC.
This significant milestone will provide Phase 2 of the energy efficient, 16 storey mixed-use office building in readiness for the future fit-out and tenant works. McCombs are part of an international project team, undertaking the Role of Engineer, Cost Management and Project Management, adding to our existing portfolio of activity in East and South Africa.
