Description:
Provide detailed feasibility cost plan post to allow flexibility in client commercial decision making. Post contract cost management services pending planning. The development included the building of 15 new build houses on a site in Minster-on-Sea on the Isle of Sheppey.
Key Achievements:
- Delivery of a detailed quantified cost plan at feasibility stage allowed client to make accurate informed decisions to maximise commercial viability of project and reduce commercial risk.
- Planning submission currently submitted.
