Description:

 

Providing Project and Cost Management consultancy services on the conversion of an existing Community Centre Sports Hall to provide a new GP Surgery. The GP Surgery is to provide 12nr Consulting Rooms, 2nr Treatment Rooms and associated Staff Amenities.

MPL have been providing advice on this scheme at all stages, from feasibility cost advice through to detailed costs planning to enable submission of business case to achieve funding.

The Scheme has been procured traditionally, with a full design team ensuring that the project achieves BREEAM Very Good, in line with NHS Requirements for refurbishment projects.

Through the Construction Phase MPL have liaised with the End Users, CCG and NHS IT to ensure coordination of all interfaces, in conjunction with the Client representative.

Key Achievements:

 

  • Business case submitted January 2016 within programme deadline.
  • MPL explored numerous options to establish optimum scheme selection.
  • Submitted scheme established within Client’s funding parameters.
