Description:
Ad-Hoc cost management support to international project management consultants. Services include feasibility estimates, tender schedule of works preparation, tender report and evaluation, local cost manager document validation and valuation/final account assistance.
Key Achievements:
- Good communication with client to ensure understanding of position and progress.
- Measurement covers all aspects of works, including mechanical and electrical if required. This is particularly useful when working internationally in reducing client risk.
- International cost benchmarking, including review of local taxes and import costs associated with specific projects.
