Following our last aerial entry from Scocles Court there’s visible progress on multiple areas of the site; Units 5, 6 & 7 not has ¼ of the roof tiling installed, Units 8 & 9 have their rafters complete, with rafter installation commenced on units 13 & 14 now they have second floors installed; The First Floors have been installed and the next lift of ICF (Insulated Concrete Formwork) well underway on Units 1 & 2 and units 10, 11 & 12 have been prepared ready for first floors, with posi-joists ready to go.
Unit 15 is now ready to be used as a show home, with a final clean the only outstanding action on a project that is rapidly building momentum towards completion.
