Description:
Implementation of phase 2 of the AAU Emergency Village works – conversion of existing office area to form new POCU facility.

- All costs benchmarked for future phases of EV works.
- MPL initiated new procurement methods to client – works undertaken via reimbursable basis under the NEC form of contract.
