To provide project and cost management services for the reconfiguration of the AAU department & associated infrastructure. Works to be undertaken via a series of phased decants and departmental refurbishment projects with the goal to enable a more efficient and practical throughput of patients from the Emergency Department to the appropriate hospital wards.
- Project proposal submitted incorporating full departmental sign off for proposed works to individual departments, including room data sheets resulting in well defined scope of works.
- Costs based on detailed cost plans not M² rates increased definition & element quantities reduces commercial risk.
