To provide Commercial & Contractual support and advice to estates department.

Life Cycle Costing, Production of Maintenance Contracts, management of planned maintenance agreements, detailed cost plans, auditing, post contract cost management.

We have provided various support services, from on site assessment of works complete and issuing Valuations to commercial negotiations of works under Framework agreements.

The range of projects we have worked on include Police Stations at: Maidstone, Canterbury, Margate, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Medway, Swanley & Coldharbour.

Key Achievements:

• Accurate costs established via MPL data base of costs.
• Deliverables submitted in timely manner to client satisfaction.
