Description:
Redevelopment of Village Hall within a small community. The project was originally proposed in 2011 but, due to a shortfall in funding, was unable to be completed. Following extensive fundraising by the Trustees, the project has now been redesigned and retendered, with a view to complete by December 2016.
Achievements:
- Detailed cost plan provided to Client to enable objective value management opportunity identification.
- Advice offered on procurement options and how best to derive maximum value from funding available.
