McCombs are pleased to be working as Project and Cost Managers on the prestigious 15 unit ‘Scocles Court’ development in Minster on Sea. The works have now commenced on site, with a rolling works programme to develop the scheme in four phases. The Houses themselves will all be constructed using Insulating Concrete Formwork (ICF), which is an energy efficient building method that creates insulated structural walls, with all units designed to meet and exceed Passivhaus standards.
