MPL have been appointed on the high-end Residential redevelopment of a property in Dulwich, with the Client looking to renovate the property from its current design and interiors to a contemporary offering. The scheme will see the removal of the ground and first floors before works to reprovide accommodation, including 4 Double Bedrooms, along with extensive glazing and joinery installations. MPL are providing Quantity Surveying services on the scheme, currently being delivered on a JCT PCC 2024 Contract form, resulting in the negotiation of Contract Works packages with the Contractor, benchmarked against the MPL Detailed cost developed in the formative RIBA Stages.
