Impact Developments – Windemere

MPL acted as Project Manager under NEC4 ECC Option A for Impact Developments’ Windemere project, with the contract drafted and approved by the client’s legal team. The development, which consists of 16 single person assisted living units for a National Registered Provider on a site close to Broomfield Hospital, is being delivered using panellised steel frame construction. Supporting a Construction Management approach, MPL provided QS services to the Architect, including measured works package pricing and RFQ documents. On site, MPL delivered full cost and project management, including evaluation of Compensation Events (CEs) and Early Warning Notices (EWNs). The works, which are split between Frame and Fit Out, include off site works for utilities, drainage and Section 278 Highways works.
