New City College - Ardleigh Green

At New City College – Ardleigh Green Campus, MPL are delivering Project Manager and Employers Agent services for a major campus redevelopment masterplan. The scheme includes the full strip out back to existing concrete frame and subsequent full refurbishment and recladding of Block A, along with the demolition of outdated blocks (C, W, and The Space). The scheme will be delivering 21 new classrooms and ICT spaces to support flexible learning. The plan also reimagines the campus landscape to promote accessibility and social interaction, relocates the Learning Resource Centre for better student engagement, and focuses on sustainability with a target BREEAM Excellent rating. MPL are managing the design team to deliver the project within a challenging, client-driven programme.
